Weekdays (Mon - Fri)
Evening: 6pm, 6:50pm, 7:40pm & 8:30pm
Weekends / Public Holiday
Morning: 9am, 9:50am, 10:40am & 11:30am
Terms & Conditions
* Classes strictly for members who had gone through our health screening.
* Trainees have to arrive 10 to 15 min before the actual class timing for self warm up
* Trainees are expected to stay hydrated before classes.
* No Grace Period as HIIT classes can’t have break in between.
